The health and safety of our staff and customers is our highest priority during this time. We take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of COVID-19 to all parties. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures and following the guidance set forth by the Canadian Government and our local provincial health authorities.
You will find information on this page explaining the steps we are taking to keep you and your family safe and how our new and adapted services work.
Prior to the Service Call Our Team Will:
- Before entering your home and during the entire visit our service team will wear a mask. We kindly ask that you and other household members also wear a mask when in close proximity.
- Our service team will avoid physical greetings, for example, handshakes.
- Minimize indoor conversations. All conversations will aim to take place outdoors when possible, and physically distanced indoors, if necessary.
- Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from the service provider, and limit interactions between the service provider and other household members.
- During an indoor service, take steps to maximize ventilation inside the home, such as opening windows in the immediate vicinity.
